The hourly schedule, a day page and the months of 2027, filmed in the real template.
Watch on YouTubeThe most copied daily planners on Notion are a single page you clear by hand each morning, so yesterday’s plan is gone. Here every day gets a dated page of its own, and your blocks, to-do list and months all run from one list.
Pick the hour and how long it takes. Today lists your day in order from 6 AM to 10 PM, mornings in yellow, afternoons in orange and evenings in purple.
Each day has a page with your intention, mood, win and what you’re grateful for. Past days lists them all, newest first, with how much got done.
Star the three blocks that matter most. Anything without a set time goes on To-do today, and Overdue catches what slipped.
Each new day page comes with a morning and an evening checklist. Change the routine once and every new day uses it.
We set it up from a fresh copy, the way you’ll get it: added blocks with + Task and with New in Today, started a new day page, moved unfinished tasks to today, cleared all 77 sample pages and checked the month counts.
The home page runs in the order you use it: today hour by hour, the to-do list, today’s page, the days before and the year ahead.
Each block has an hour, a length, an area and a Done box, sorted from morning to night. Tabs switch to Tomorrow, This week and This month.
Things without a set time sit under To-do today. Open tasks from earlier days collect under Overdue, and one click on Move unfinished to today puts them all on today.
Write one intention in the morning and tick off the routine. In the evening, add your Mood, the Win of the day and what you’re Grateful for. Tasks counts what got done, like 2 of 15.
Every day you’ve planned, newest first, with its mood, tasks done, win and gratitude. Open one to see how it went.
A seven-day calendar with each block on its day, its hour and a Done box. This month shows the whole month the same way.
A card for each month up to December 2027, with a ring that fills in as you tick off tasks and a page for a short check-in when the month ends.
Every block gets one, and you can rename any of them.
Ideas and tasks without a date. Give one a date when you’re ready.
A Repeating task template that works with Notion’s Duplicate every setting, for things like a weekly review.
A sample day with the week before it and the days ahead, always around your today. One button clears it.
Short steps inside your copy, with pictures of where to click.
Each morning, start a new page under Today’s page and write one intention.
Add the day’s blocks with + Task, pick an hour for each and star your Top 3.
Tick Done as you go. If something slipped yesterday, click Move unfinished to today.
In the evening, pick a mood and add the win of the day.
Do this once. It’s easiest on a computer.
Buy it on the Notion Marketplace and add it to your workspace when Notion asks. A free Notion account is enough.

Yes. Everything runs on databases, formulas and buttons, and the free plan has all three.
From 6 AM to 10 PM, one option per hour. Each block also has a length, like 30 min or 2 hr, so a long block sits on the hour it starts.

Yes. Use the Repeating task template with Notion’s Duplicate every setting, for things like a weekly review.
The morning and evening routine covers a few small habits. For streaks and yearly goals, our Life Planner 2027 adds a habit tracker and goals by life area.
This one plans each day hour by hour and gives it a page with a routine, a mood and a win. If you mostly plan tasks by the week, the Weekly Planner is simpler.
That works. The sample data always sits around your today, and every month up to December 2027 is ready.
Yes. Setup is easiest on a computer. On a phone, swipe the Today table sideways to see every column, and tick Done with a tap.
