Picking a daily planner

The Weekly Planner and the ADHD Weekly Planner both handle tasks, in different ways. The Weekly Planner starts from the whole week: you plan Monday to Sunday, see today’s list each morning and bring unfinished tasks forward in one click. The ADHD planner starts from a brain dump. Everything goes in one place, you pick up to three things for today, and daily basics like water or meds clear themselves overnight.

The Habit Tracker and the Daily Journal sit next to either planner. One is a single check-in for the things you repeat, with a streak and a year that fills in with color. The other is a short entry at night: a question, a mood and three good things.

That Girl 2027 is the one-page option. Your routine, water, to-dos and month all live on a pink home page, so you don’t need three separate templates.

Questions

Can I use the Habit Tracker with one of the planners?

Yes. They’re separate templates, so you can keep both in your workspace. They don’t share data: tasks stay in the planner and habits in the tracker.

Is the ADHD planner only for people with ADHD?

No. It suits anyone who finds long to-do lists overwhelming, ADHD or not. It’s a planning tool, not treatment or medical advice.

Will they remind me each day?

No. Notion reminders don’t repeat, so for a daily nudge, set an alarm on your phone and open the template when it goes off.

What if I start in the middle of the year?

That’s fine. The Habit Tracker and the Daily Journal already have every day from October 2026 to the end of 2027, so you start on today and the rest of the year is waiting.

Do I need to pay for Notion?

No. All five work on Notion’s free plan, with nothing locked behind an upgrade.
