Notion Templates for Small Business

Four templates for running a business on your own or with a few people: sales, clients and how the work gets done.

Which one fits you

Template Pick it if Price
Small Business Planner You sell on Etsy, at markets or online and want your profit each month. $12 Etsy
Client Portal You work with a handful of clients and want approvals out of your inbox. $19 Etsy
SOP Library You keep explaining the same tasks and want them written down for good. $19 Etsy
Airbnb Host Planner You host one to a few places and want a welcome book and a turnover checklist. $12 Etsy

Each one is a single payment. You keep the template, with no subscription to renew.

Where each one fits

If you sell products, start with the Small Business Planner. Each order you log updates the month’s sales, spending and profit, and your goal on the home page. If you sell your time, the Client Portal gives each client one private page for approvals, questions, meeting notes and invoices, while your rates stay on your side.

The SOP Library is for the day you stop doing everything yourself. It comes with 30 procedures already written and sorted by department, each with an owner and a review date, so a new hire or contractor can find the answer without asking you.

The Airbnb Host Planner is for short-term rentals: a welcome book to share with guests, every stay from booking to turnover, and what each month paid. None of the four does accounting or taxes. They keep the day-to-day in order.

Questions

Can clients or staff see it?

Yes. You share pages from Notion. The free plan lets you invite up to 10 guests who can edit, and read-only links work for any number of people, which is how most clients and Airbnb guests will see it.

Does it handle invoices and payments?

Not the payments. The Client Portal keeps a list of invoices with links to the tool you bill from, and the Small Business Planner tracks sales and costs, but neither takes card payments or does bookkeeping.

Do orders and bookings sync from Etsy or Airbnb?

No. You add each order or booking yourself. A booking takes about a minute, and an order a few seconds.

Are they free-plan friendly?

Yes, all four run on Notion’s free plan, on a computer or a phone.
